EU Compensation Benefit & Employee Relation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• designing and implementing competitive salary structures;
• conducting market salary surveys to ensure pay equity;
• developing incentive & benefits programs;
• analyzing compensation data to recommend adjustments;
• ensuring compliance with labor laws;
• communicating compensation policies to employees;
• managing benefit administration;
• collaborating with HR and management to align compensation strategies with organizational goals, all while continuously researching industry trends and best practices;
• benefits insurance renewals & manage providers/brokers for allocated countries;
• run quarter bonus and annual salary/bonus review
• developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• supporting employees and HR managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• strong understanding of labor laws and regulations;
• proven experience in job description writing;
• 5+ years of experience on C&B and employee relation management;
• experience conducting market surveys, and knowledge of various incentives and benefits are essential;
• proficiency in MS Office;
• strong quantitative and analytical skills and cross-cultural awareness;
• excellent English communication skills, Chinese communication skills is a plus;
• bachelor s degree or above; English can be used as a working language (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
