Your Tasks
- Responsible for advising and supporting managers and employees on all operational HR matters, in particular recruitment as well as contract and compensation structuring
- Planning of personnel development measures
- Implementation of statutory, collective bargaining and employment law requirements
- Participation in the optimization of existing projects and the implementation of new HR-related processes
- Management of sub-projects, e.g., in the area of health management
- Representation of the company externally, e.g., to authorities and universities
Your Profile
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, or Economics is required
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner is essential
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources required
- Proven experience in recruiting is a must
- Experience in labor law is necessary
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including advanced functions, is required
- Initial application knowledge of SAP is expected
- Very good German language skills (business fluent) are essential
- Confident English language skills are required
