Are you ready to take Customer Value Management to the next level? We re building a new team to drive Customer Value Management (CVM) across our European retail markets, and we re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us. Working closely with our regional teams, you ll use data and insights to extend our customer-centric mindset, shape our performance tracking, and steer commercial decisions.
Strong track record as a Business Analyst, (Operations) Consultant or in a similar role, ideally in a retail or multi-market environment. You can connect data, identify trends, and create strategic recommendations.
Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.
Hands-on and pragmatic mindset: Fluent English : Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
