SAP ABAP Consultant (m/f/d) – Permanent Position | Germany (Hybrid)

Our client, a well-established company with a strong SAP landscape, is looking for a talented SAP ABAP Consultant to join their internal development team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives and complex SAP projects in a long-term, secure role.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance custom solutions using ABAP and ABAP OO
- Work closely with functional consultants to implement business requirements across various SAP modules
- Support ongoing S/4HANA migration and greenfield developments
- Perform code reviews, technical documentation, and performance optimizations
- Develop interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData) and integrate with third-party systems
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of developed solutions
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development
- Solid understanding of core modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or EWM from a technical perspective
- Experience with modern development practices (ABAP OO, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5 integration) is a plus
- Familiarity with S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform desirable
- Strong communication skills in German (B2+ minimum) and English
- Structured, proactive, and team-oriented working style
- Eligible to work in Germany (EU work permit or equivalent)
