Programme Director, ERP D365 (Global)
We are representing a multinational, consumer goods organisation who are embarking on a major, international ERP transformation. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Programme Director to lead the global rollout of their ERP System - D365 across key markets.

As Programme Director, you will be accountable for shaping strategy, overseeing execution and ensuring business value is delivered across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Establish and oversee programme governance, ensuring effective budget, resource, and risk management
Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP Dynamics 365 implementations at group or multinational level is essential
Strong programme leadership and governance skills, with the ability to influence at executive board level
Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-regional transformations within large organisations
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
FMCG/CPG industry experience is beneficial but not essential
